RIG-200/300 Modular Radio Over IP Gateway Chassis Solution:
RIG-200/300 Radio Over IP Gateway Chassis solution provides a modular approach to migrate legacy systems to IP networks. Solution is based around a 3U high Eurocard format subrack with power supply and interface modules. Interface cards are powered from the subrack and each interface module operates independently. Interface modules employ state of the art technologies for future proofing. Designs are based on state-of-the-art FPGA technologies. Interface modules are designed with a software-centric approach which allows the user to upgrade to new features as they become available via simple software upgrades. This approach also allows us to accommodate customer-specific requests through software development efforts. Subracks are designed with redundant power supplies so that there is no single point of failure. In addition, interface cards draw only power from the backplane and all communication is done through redundant network interfaces on the modules. This approach also enables a non-blocking approach in communication and failure in a module only affects the connected line to fail while the remaining modules operate uninterrupted.
RIG-200/300 Radio Over IP Gateway Chassis is capable of accommodating up to 16 radios (from 1 to 16) and two power units.

• 2 x Ethernet interfaces
• 2 x voice interfaces
• 2 x serial interfaces
Power supply units support wide voltage inputs to be operated anywhere in the world (90 VAC -240 VAC).

The RIG-200/300 Radio Over IP Gateway is a stand-alone version of our modular radio gateway solution line. They feature the same functionality in a stand-alone configuration where using a subrack is not feasible and modularity is not necessary. RIG-200/300 Radio Over IP Gateway solution provides a stand-alone approach to migrate legacy systems to IP networks. This greatly increases communication reach and offers many benefits including interoperability, scalability, low cost of ownership and ease of implementation. It`s small form factor makes it ideal forretrofitting within existing installations and provides a cost-effective mechanism for extending your radio network across a large geographic area.
