Within the decision taken at the Defence Industry Executive Committee (SSİK), the contract negotiations with SSM was started after 09 March 2016. After a series of contract negotiations, the project has come into force on 01/08/2016.

The project is going to be performed to meet the expectations of Naval Forces by focusing on Network Enabled Capability Concept incuding voice, data, video, and messaging needs of the forces. ONUR will be responsible from the development, establishment, procurement and installation of the system including 7 DETTA terminals within the IP based network technology.
