Noyan DEDE

Born in Ankara in 1974, Noyan Burçin Dede earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Illinois University and later obtained a master's degree in business administration from Bilkent University.

Noyan Burçin Dede commenced his career in 1996 as a project engineer at ONUR Yüksek Teknoloji A.Ş. Over the years, he has held various roles within the organization, including project manager, technical manager, and company technology manager. Recognizing his exemplary contributions, he was subsequently appointed to the position of CEO.

Notably, Noyan Dede played a pivotal role in the design of the company's flagship product, the voice communication and recording system. Under his leadership, he guided the team responsible for designing and manufacturing systems with network-supported capabilities, marking another distinctive product for the company, particularly tailored for the Turkish Armed Forces. His expertise and leadership qualities have positioned him as one of the key figures in the sector, and he actively oversees the development of new products while managing both domestic and international operations in alignment with the company's growth strategy.
