M. Levent HACIİSLAMOĞLU

Levent Hacıislamoğlu, born in Trabzon in 1975, is an Independent Board Member with a diverse background and extensive experience. He graduated from METU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1996. His professional journey began as an Assistant Expert at the Undersecretariat of Treasury, General Directorate of Economic Research from 1997 to 1998. Subsequently, he served as an Expert at the Capital Markets Board Auditing Department and Intermediary Activities Department from 1999 to 2005.

After his tenure in government roles, Levent Hacıislamoğlu transitioned to the private sector and worked at Akfen Holding A.Ş. He held the position of Budget and Audit Manager at Idealist Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. and later served as General Manager at the same company. Since 2008, he has been actively contributing to publicly held companies or those planning to go public in the field of Capital Markets, with a particular focus on Capital Markets Legislation.

Currently, in addition to his role as an Independent Board Member at ONUR Yüksek Teknoloji A.Ş., Levent Hacıislamoğlu holds independent board memberships at Idealist Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., Idealist Gayrimenkul ve Girişim Bankası Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., AHES Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., and Galatasaray Sportif Sınai ve Ticaret Yatırımlar A.Ş. Furthermore, he takes on the responsibilities of Investor Relations Unit Manager. With his extensive experience and knowledge gained throughout his career in various institutions and levels within the public and private sectors, Levent Hacıislamoğlu has developed expertise in the processes of going public and managing public companies within the framework of Capital Markets Legislation.
